Tier II
You receive unlimited access to all videos in the library, PLUS 1 monthly 1-hour Private Yoga Session, in person or via Zoom
$135/month
(Regular private session rates are $150)
The Tier II Membership gives you monthly accountability, inspiration, & personal guidance.
Once you book your Tier II Membership, you’ll receive an email from Anne to schedule your first private session.
When can you benefit from a private yoga session?
After an injury or surgery, in order to continue your healing
When you want to expand on and integrate your physical therapy program with more varied yoga techniques (because let’s face it, PT can be SO boring — I should know, I’m still doing it myself)
When you feel like you can’t do the yoga you used to do and have no idea where to begin
When you’re craving more support and detailed instruction tailored to your body and your current needs
When you would like to join a group class but want to ensure you understand how the subtleties of your own practice (we can explore modifications to suit you)
When you’re worried about “doing yoga wrong” in a group class or on your own and would like to feel more confident
When you have a pose you’d love to do and aren’t sure how to get there, or if you’re confused about a pose and it seems inaccessible
When I work with a new student I always ask them,
“What poses are most comfortable for you? Where do you feel at ease in your body?”
For example, one student loves sit and meditate, so we started our exploration in a cross-legged position: this was our refuge, our reset position, and our launch pad.
