Melissa Carroll, Guest Teacher
MFA, ERYT500, YACEP
Melissa loves to offer Yoga as mindfulness in motion, giving students the chance to quiet the mind, feel more grounded, and anchor into the present.
Melissa came to Yoga through Tibetan Buddhist Meditation in 2006, having discovered an inner peace that helped her cope with lifelong generalized anxiety and depression. She also discovered Reiki during this time, and became a Reiki Master in 2007. In 2008 she received her 200-hour certification from Yogi Hari, and her 300-hour certification from The Lotus Pond Center. Melissa co-led the 200 hour Teacher Trainings at The Lotus Pond for seven years, and has led retreats and workshops for 15 years.
